This is a naive question, but who is this in the cartoon who is upset. Either I dont follow the current politics rightly or the cartoonist is missing something here ?
I am doing custom caricatures to try & raise money for a Community Conservation Project in Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra. Tigers are on the brink on extinction. According to WWF, they are one of the ten most endangered species in the world. Less than 3500 remain in the wild & their population is declining fast.
