Indian World Cup (Non) Performance

India's World Cup bandwagon hit an abrupt dead-end after a thorough thrashing at the hands of Sri Lanka in their last league match. No one in India was smiling. Their World Cup was over in eight days, their team had lost to Bangladesh, and had just been humiliated by Sri Lanka, that record 413 against Bermuda now just a pathetic joke. Except for a mathematical probability (see table on page 20), which comes into play only if rank outsiders Bermuda upset Bangladesh in their last league match, the 69-run defeat virtually means the end of road for India at the 2007 Caribbean carnival. - Indian Express, 25 March 2007

Hi vikram,
India did what we fear internally. India not met our dreams. Ofcource it is their regular habit. They gave a lesson to all cricket fans, "Don’t dream" we are not heros.

So it is time waste to watching their play in TV. How many Indians watching the game of Koneru Humpie’s Chess? And we can figure out the numbers watching other games of successful players.

Please delete the line (see table on page 20)
Thanks
Mohan

It's actually sickening to still sit in front of the telly and watch those adverts they made for the world cup(HA HA HA India?).

Maybe now sponsors of this game will realise that there are other sports also around.

You guys are absloutely right.

I think the entire criket jing bang take us for granted... the sponsors, tv channels, bcci & the cricketers just assume that we will watch cricket no matter what... & they will make pots of money...

they don't realise that people are slowly moving away... & i guess they wont until we are all gone....

I used to be an avid fan but I just don't watch cricket anymore except on Lagaan :)

Good day, sun shines!
There have were times of hardship when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
I have never imagined that there weren't any need in large initial investment.
Nowadays, I'm happy and lucky , I begin to get real income.
It gets down to choose a correct companion who utilizes your money in a right way - that is incorporate it in real deals, parts and divides the income with me.

You may get interested, if there are such firms? I have to answer the truth, YES, there are. Please get to know about one of them:
